Job summary

Bimbo QSR Denver is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead engineering and maintenance activities across the manufacturing sites. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency through project-based initiatives and standardized procedures.

You will oversee CAPEX planning, process improvements, sustainability projects, and development of the maintenance team, reporting to the Maintenance Manager and supervising three maintenance supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1–3 years of related experience or substitution acceptable
• Ability to clearly communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Oversee CAPEX plan and annual budget for Denver site
• Identify and implement engineering/process improvements for productivity and waste reduction
• Develop standardized operating procedures for equipment and processes
• Manage environmental and safety compliance during audits and interactions with agencies
• Lead maintenance department including budgeting, training, and development of staff
• Provide leadership to three maintenance supervisors and broader engineering team
