Job summary

The role emphasizes coaching, cross‑functional collaboration, and adherence to E5 leadership behaviors, with a focus on quality, on‑time production, and engaging team members for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on management experience in maintenance.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related field; HS Diploma/GED acceptable.
• Operational background in electrical circuitry, refrigeration, fuel-burning equipment, and machine mechanics.
• Conceptual knowledge of PLC programming; PLC programming experience preferred; PLC proficiency ideal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial and reliability health of the maintenance department, including creating and maintaining annual budgets.
• Lead the growth and development of Team Leaders and Associates.
• Build a culture that values the person, the community, and always acts with integrity.
• Partner with Business Unit leadership, bakery leadership team, and cross-functional teams to identify and implement profit-driving strategies and programs.
• Coach Team Leaders towards an empowered, problem-solving mentality to consistently achieve world-class standards.
• Deliver on Key Performance Indicators for People, Asset Reliability, Quality, Safety, Service, and Cost.
