Job summary

Atlantic Residential in Chicago is seeking a Maintenance Tech-Helper A for SCIO @ Medical District. The role assists the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, performing HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep as needed to keep the community well maintained.

Qualifications

• Requires working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances (stove, dishwasher, disposals, refrigerators).
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and pool servicing is desirable.
• Good reading comprehension and ability to follow safety rules and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional image and resident welfare.
• Report to supervisor daily for assignments and satisfy service requests within 24 hours.
• Provide 24-hour emergency service by on-call rotation.
