Qualifications

  • Experience maintaining and repairing wheelchairs and hospital beds is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SNF regulations, surveys, inspections, and life-safety requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building issues.
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair wheelchairs, hospital beds, and other resident equipment.

  • Complete preventive-maintenance tasks and required documentation.
  • Help ensure compliance with applicable SNF, life-safety, and building regulations.
  • Maintain tools, mechanical areas, and workspaces in a clean and safe condition.

We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and self-motivated Assistant Maintenance Director with prior skilled nursing facility experience.
