CWS Apartment Homes is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Director to oversee hands-on maintenance tasks while providing strong leadership to the team. The role involves coordinating service requests, ensuring safety, and maintaining community standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in apartment maintenance, HVAC certifications, and experience with Yardi. Expect a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and community impact.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of full-time work experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Ability to read service requests and communicate with residents, vendors, and team members in English.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Position may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions, maintenance equipment, construction areas, chemicals, noise, dust, and other environmental conditions associated with property maintenance activities.Physical Requirements:Requires frequent walking throughout the property, including climbing stairs, inspecting units, and assisting with maintenance operations. Position involves standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting or moving materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
