CWS Apartment Homes in Houston is seeking a Maintenance Technician to enhance community integrity and deliver exceptional service across make-ready apartments, service requests, and common areas. You will participate in preventative maintenance, manage inventory, and communicate with residents, vendors, and leadership to keep properties safe and well-maintained.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in apartment maintenance, required EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications, a valid driver's license, basic

• Ability to read service requests and schedules; English fluency required.

• Prepare make-ready apartments.

Position regularly involves exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, power tools, and moving mechanical equipment.Physical Requirements:Requires frequent physical activity including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and working in confined or elevated spaces. Regularly lifts, carries, pushes, or pulls tools, appliances, equipment, and supplies up to 50 pounds.
