Apply maintenance skills and customer service skills to ensure overall maintenance of the property, ensuring all physical aspects meet applicable laws and company standards. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, carpentry, appliances, painting, and drywall. Work independently or as part of a team. Operates within Fair Housing laws and Equal Employment Opportunities. Reports to the Lead Maintenance/Property Manager.
Work is performed on-site with exposure to weather, noise, and mechanical hazards. May lift up to 100 pounds and work in confined spaces, always with safety precautions.
Primarily outdoor/indoor work in all weather conditions, sometimes for extended periods. Use PPE when necessary.
Follow safety rules, report hazards, and ensure a safe environment.
Hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and miscellaneous supplies.
