As a Maintenance Assistant, you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff.

Responsibilities
  1. Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
  2. Organize, prioritize, and complete unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks.
  3. Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
  4. Respond to emergency conditions before, during, or after business hours.
  5. Maintain supplies, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications
  1. One year maintenance experience in property management or related field.
  2. Possession of minimum tools required.
  3. Ability to be available “on call” 24 hours, seven days a week.
  4. High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  5. Valid Driver’s License.
Required Testing
  • Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR.
Position Type
  • Hourly Rate - Non-Exempt, Based on Experience.
  • Full-time.
