TIPTON ASSET GROUP seeks an Assistant Maintenance for a Plano, TX apartment community to maintain overall upkeep and appearance for current and prospective residents. You will handle day-to-day tasks and respond to 24-hour maintenance emergencies, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, possess personal tools, and communicate professionally with residents and staff. This role offers growth within a maintenance team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of maintenance experience and HVAC certification.
• Own personal tools for maintenance work.
• Professional and courteous manner when interacting with residents, visitors and staff.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
