Job summary

Liberty Packaging - Texas is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator II to support our Fort Worth manufacturing team in safely producing quality corrugated products. You will assist with setup, prepare orders, perform quality checks, and help stack orders while communicating issues to the supervisor.

Reporting to a Production Supervisor, this full-time role requires basic math, reading work orders, and availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1+ year manufacturing experience.
• Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Support setup of orders per customer specs and prepare tools accordingly.
• Assist with quality checks by inspecting articles and monitoring materials.
• Help monitor production metrics and communicate equipment issues to leadership.
• Assist with minor equipment repairs with maintenance when needed.
