Base pay is $25.25 per hour plus a $1 per hour shift differential for evenings, with potential quarterly bonus up to 6% based on performance and plant results. This role emphasizes safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience operating production machinery.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including design, use, repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate the line with minimal supervision following safety, productivity, and quality standards.
• Perform makeready/changeovers according to production schedules.
• Carry out minor mechanical repairs and adjustments on line equipment.
• Record material usage and scrap in Plex at time of use.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and uphold safety culture.
