TidalHealth Lifeline Program is seeking an Assistant to support patient care transitions and Lifeline monitoring services in Salisbury, MD. The role involves clerical and technical duties, equipment installation, and service calls to subscribers within a patient-centered environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, the ability to learn new software, and a valid driver’s license with car insurance. One to three years of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to enhance the Care Sage Lifeline Program for patients discharged from TidalHealth, and perform clerical and technical Lifeline office and customer service functions.
• Installs Lifeline monitoring equipment and performs service calls to existing subscribers.
• Other Lifeline office tasks as needed.

Lifeline Program Assistant Position Summary

The primary function of a Lifeline Program Assistant is to provide assistance to enhance the Care Sage Program for patients discharged from TidalHealth, as well as clerical and technical support to the TidalHealth Lifeline Program. Installs Lifeline monitoring equipment, performs service calls to existing subscribers, and performs other Lifeline office and customer service functions as needed.
