King David is seeking an Assistant Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee daily operations for a 355-bed skilled nursing facility. This role reports to the Administrator and supports survey readiness, staffing, census management, and resident relations.

Responsibilities include maintaining high census, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering excellent customer service while fostering a collaborative, compassionate work environment for staff and residents alike.

Qualifications

• Licensure as Nursing Home Administrator in good standing.
• Experience overseeing skilled nursing home operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure survey compliance and adherence to regulations.
• Monitor Star Rating and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Assistant License Nursing Home Administrator
We are currently seeking an Assistant Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to help oversee the day to day operations of our 355 bed skilled nursing home. This candidate will report to the Administrator.

We provide a wide array of services to seniors and others including nursing, physical therapy, medical, social work, personal and homemaker services. King David has excellent amenties and quality programming and care for our residents. The Assistant Administrator is responsible for assisting with the day to day operations of the facility which includes the following:

• Survey Compliance
• Star Rating
• Assistance with staffing
• Assistance with management of the staff
• Family and Resident relationships
• Assist with maintaining a census at or above budget
• Customer Service
• Regualtory Compliance
