Qualifications

• Licensure as Nursing Home Administrator in good standing.
• Experience overseeing skilled nursing home operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure survey compliance and adherence to regulations.
• Monitor Star Rating and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with staffing and staff management across departments.
• Foster positive Family and Resident relationships.
