Responsibilities:
Assistant Center Directors will support our Center Manager in 5 key areas:
1. Student assessments and consultations
- ACDs can successfully identify students areas of strength and of discomfort
- ACDs can generate a custom learning plan for this students individual needs
- ACDs can discuss goals and solutions with parents and students
- ACDs can assist in the family enrollment process
2. Developing and maintaining strong parent relationships
- ACDs can successfully communicate with parents regarding student progress, behaviors, and lessons
- ACDs are friendly and sociable with our families
3. Developing and training our instructional staff
- ACDs can aid in the instructor hiring and training process
- ACDs can identify team strengths and weaknesses and make proper adjustments
4. Maintaining center expectations and quality
- ACDs can hold team members accountable for their performance
- ACDs can ensure set expectations are met
5. Measuring center performance through our key performance indicators (KPIs)
- ACDs can analyze reports on center performance and help make the appropriate changes
Requirements:
- Full-Time ACDs must be available a minimum of 4 days per week (preferably weekdays)
- Full-Time ACDs must maintain an average of 30-35 hours per week to remain in good standing
- All employees are subject to an employment math assessment to evaluate math understanding and skill level
Benefits/Perks (Full-Time):
PTO - ACDs will accrue 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked
