Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Lead Supervisor in the Ann Arbor area to help deliver excellent guest experiences across our bakery locations. You will support in day-to-day operations, guide team members, and ensure consistent quality during cake production.

We value leadership, strong communication, and a passion for developing others, with opportunities for advancement and flexible morning shifts across sites in Allen Park, Ann Arbor, Grosse Pointe, and Sterling Heights.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience in retail or food service.
• High school diploma/GED (post-secondary education a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic business math and computer proficiency
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Food safety certification (or within 30 days)
• Flexible to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Physical requirements: stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds

As an Assistant Lead Supervisor, you’ll support in delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring team development, and maintaining high quality and operational standards. You’ll assist in day-to-day operations under leadership, help foster culture, and help ensure consistency in execution.

What You Bring to the Table
