The role emphasizes leadership, training, and contributing to a positive work culture across morning and shift schedules. A high school diploma or GED is required, and flexibility is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience in retail or food service.
• High school diploma or GED (post-secondary education a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic business math and computer proficiency.
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Food safety certification (or within 30 days).
• Flexible to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Physical requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

What You Bring to the Table
