Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Michigan is seeking an Assistant Lead Supervisor to help manage daily bakery operations while delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring cake quality.

You will lead team members, train staff, and support morning shifts as part of a collaborative leadership team. A high school diploma, 1–3 years of leadership experience in retail or food service, and strong communication are required. Competitive pay and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in retail or food service.
• High school diploma/GED (post-secondary education a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic business math and computer proficiency.

• Food safety certification (or within 30 days).
• Flexible to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Physical requirements: stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move throughout the bakery.
