Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Lead Supervisor to guide teams across multiple bakery locations in Michigan. You will drive sales, uphold quality, coach junior leaders, and manage inventory, scheduling, and production planning to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Food safety certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technologies.
• Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.

• Lead and develop teams across multiple store locations.

• Coach and mentor Assistant Lead Supervisors.
