Job summary

The ValCap Group, LLC in Arlington, TX is seeking a hands-on Assistant Maintenance Technician to help maintain a residential/commercial property. You’ll work with the Lead Maintenance Technician or Property Manager to handle service requests and keep the property in great condition.

Responsibilities include repairs, completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring clean, safe common areas.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of building systems and tools.
• Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Dependable team player; safety-conscious mindset.
• Tools and uniform provided.
