Job summary

VisionQuest (VQ) is seeking an Assistant Lead Case Manager to coordinate and oversee case management for children in care and their families. You will support the Lead Case Manager, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with federal standards.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent organization, and the ability to navigate complex interagency collaborations to promote reunification and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral services, human services, or social service field.
• Federal agency Case Management experience is highly preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management activities to ensure safe and timely child release.
• Supervise internal and external case management staff.
• Train and oversee case managers to comply with federal agency standards.
• Maintain documentation according to standards and ensure accuracy.
• Serve as liaison for internal and external stakeholders and assume Lead CM duties in their absence.
• Generate and submit case management reports to stakeholders.
