Job Responsibilities
  • Manage anywhere from 10 to 20 employees during your scheduled shift.
  • Responsible for all store operations, including food, beverage, cost control, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations.
  • Set the tone and lead by example to ensure excellent service and store performance.
Requirements
  • Experience leading a team; managing a staff of 3 to 60 people during your shift.
  • Stellar attitude and motivational skills to create a positive work environment.
  • Flexible schedule.
