Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production in Back of House.
• Assist Kitchen Manager with ordering, receiving, prep and presentation of food.
• Supervise staff and enforce policies across the kitchen.
• Monitor tickets and pace during peak hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Manage inventory and waste tracking under Kitchen Manager guidance.
• Ensure adherence to recipes and safety standards.
