Job summary

A food service provider is looking for a dedicated team member to assist in managing operations at a quick-service restaurant. This role involves overseeing food production, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as Manager on Duty in the absence of management. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of customer service experience and some restaurant leadership experience. Flexible working hours are required, including nights and weekends, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service required.
• Some experience in a restaurant leadership role is preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Kitchen Manager in all operations of the restaurant.
• Oversee food production and customer service.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the manager's absence.
• Monitor and maintain cooking equipment and utensils.
• Cook and prepare customer orders.
