Job summary

East Side Mario's Bayers Lake is seeking an assistant kitchen manager to oversee daily kitchen operations at our Halifax location.

You will train staff, manage schedules, ensure food quality and safety, and coordinate with suppliers. The role requires 1–2 years of kitchen management experience and strong communication.
