Pay: $19/hour

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Kitchen Manager to support the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily back-of-house operations, including ordering, receiving, preparation, and food presentation. If you love making from-scratch Legendary Food, apply today!

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising and overseeing food production
• Enforcing employment policies in collaboration with management
• Monitoring tickets and managing pace during peak hours
• Providing hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, and cooking
• Conducting formal line Taste and Temp checks
• Ensuring proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
• Managing inventory and tracking waste under the Kitchen Manager's direction
• Maintaining cleanliness and equipment upkeep
• Ensuring consistency in food and service to boost sales
• Practicing safe food handling procedures
• Ensuring recipes and procedures are followed by Back of House staff
• Creating a safe environment and supporting employee development
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times
• Upholding the restaurant's culture and core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
