Bubba’s 33 is seeking a dedicated Assistant Kitchen Manager to support the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily Back of House operations, including ordering, receiving, food preparation, and presentation. If you are passionate about scratch-made food, apply today!

Responsibilities of an Assistant Kitchen Manager

• Supervise food production
• Enforce employment policies in collaboration with management
• Monitor tickets and manage peak hours
• Assist in restaurant operations including serving, hosting, and cooking as needed
• Conduct taste and temperature checks
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of items
• Manage inventory and track waste under the Kitchen Manager’s guidance
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment upkeep
• Ensure consistency in food and service quality
• Follow safe food handling procedures
• Ensure recipes and procedures are followed by staff
• Create a safe environment and support employee development
• Maintain cleanliness and guest safety standards
• Uphold the restaurant’s culture and core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
