Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily kitchen operations and team members

• Conduct regular line checks
• Act as lead expeditor during busy periods
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to mentor staff

Qualifications:

• Food handling and alcohol service certification (e.g., Serve Safe)
• Experience in the restaurant industry
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, team-oriented
• Ability to identify and develop talent
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
• Professional cooking and knife skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Excellent English communication skills, bilingual in Spanish a plus
