Job Title: Assistant Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Kitchen Manager to support the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily back-of-house operations, including ordering, receiving, food preparation, and presentation. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch Legendary Food, we invite you to apply today!

Responsibilities include:

1. Supervising and overseeing food production.
2. Ensuring compliance with employment policies in collaboration with management.
3. Monitoring tickets and managing pace during peak hours.
4. Providing hands-on supervision and assistance in various restaurant roles as needed.
5. Conducting formal line Taste and Temperature checks.
6. Managing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
7. Managing inventory and tracking waste under the Kitchen Manager’s direction.
8. Maintaining cleanliness and proper equipment maintenance.
9. Ensuring consistency in food quality and service to boost sales.
10. Practicing safe food handling procedures.
11. Ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures by Back of House staff.
12. Creating a safe environment and supporting employee development.
13. Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times.
