Job summary

Asi-Hastings is seeking a skilled Insulation Installer to join our field team in San Diego. You will work alongside the lead installer on residential insulation and ductwork projects, ensuring safety standards, proper tool use, and quality workmanship.

You will troubleshoot issues, conduct preventive maintenance, and educate customers on new systems. The role involves fieldwork, manual labor, and collaborating with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a general construction field.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Good communication skills and ability to work safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installer with residential insulation and ductwork installations, gathering tools and parts and ensuring safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the lead installer; educate customers on new systems.
• Perform maintenance checks and repairs for reliability and efficiency; provide maintenance recommendations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.
• Follow safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Keep accurate service records and documentation of parts used and services performed.
