Job summary

ASI Heating and Air is seeking an Insulation Installer to join our San Diego team. You will assist lead installers with insulation and ductwork on residential projects, gather necessary materials, and ensure quality workmanship with safety in mind.

You will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs, while educating customers on system use. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in construction, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years in a general construction field.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift 10–75 lbs and work at heights.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installer with residential insulation and ductwork, gathering components and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with lead installer and educate customers.
• Perform maintenance and preventive checks and recommend ongoing care.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.
• Adhere to safety standards and document services and parts used.
• Keep accurate records and complete relevant forms and reports.
