Job summary

Foam Co. in Missouri is seeking a dependable Insulation Installer to join our hands-on crew. You will install batt and blown-in insulation on residential and commercial projects and assist the spray foam team as needed.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and comfort working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Install fiberglass and other batt insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, attics, and other areas according to project specifications.
• Install blown-in insulation using appropriate equipment and application methods.
• Measure, cut, fit, and secure insulation around framing, electrical components, plumbing, and other obstacles.
• Prepare work areas before insulation installation and clean job sites after work is completed.
• Load, unload, organize, and transport insulation materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist spray foam installers with job-site setup, preparation, cleanup, material handling, and other support tasks.
• Protect floors, windows, fixtures, and other surfaces before work begins.
• Safely operate insulation equipment, hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other job-site equipment.
• Follow company procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and job-site safety requirements.
• Communicate with crew members and supervisors to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other general construction and insulation-related duties as assigned.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
