Job summary

ASI Hastings is seeking an Insulation Installer to join our field team. You will work with lead installers on residential insulation and ductwork, collect parts and tools, and ensure safety standards are met.

You will troubleshoot issues and educate customers on new systems while maintaining clear service records. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years in construction, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years in a general construction field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift 10–75 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installer with residential insulation and ductwork following safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, educating customers on new systems.
• Perform maintenance checks and document service performed.
• Maintain customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance guidelines on site.
