Job summary

Intermountain West Insulation in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking an insulation installer to join a small crew. You'll load materials, set up ladders, cut and install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces, and follow safety procedures on every job.

This full-time position offers steady work, room to move up, and training if needed. You must have reliable transportation, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver's license for site travel. Bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or installation is a plus (we will train the right person).
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using hand tools and working in tight spaces and at heights.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for tasks involving transportation between sites.

Full-time | Steady work | Room to move up

What Your Day Looks Like

You’ll start early, either meeting at the shop or heading directly to the jobsite.

After loading materials and completing a quick safety check, the crew gets to work. You’ll install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces.
You’ll be working in a variety of conditions, depending on the job site and season, with safety procedures and proper equipment in place. You’ll work until the job is done and then head home.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be part of a small crew led by an experienced foreman. Team members look out for one another, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right.
If you show up on time, follow safety guidelines, and are willing to learn, you’ll feel supported and welcomed.

The Physical Side (So You Know What to Expect)

Includes lifting and carrying heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), bending, squatting, and climbing ladders. The role requires working in confined spaces, crawling, and reaching overhead. Manual dexterity is needed for using hand and power tools. An insulation installer must also be able to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures while adhering to safety standards. Pay Range

$20.00-$40.00 an hour, depending on experience.
