Job summary

Aims Community College is seeking an assistant instructor for the Police Academy to support the lead instructor in preparing recruits for the POST exam. You will conduct small-group sessions, coach student skills, and document performance following college procedures.

You will assist with supervising tools/equipment, setting up training evolutions, and ensuring compliance with outside agency regulations. Colorado POST credentials and relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Colorado POST certified or other credentials specific to the topic being taught.
• Five (5) years of patrol/professional experience.

Responsibilities
