Waterville Public Schools are seeking an Indoor Track Assistant Coach to support the track program and coaching staff. You will assist with training sessions, meet prep, and athlete development while promoting sportsmanship and safety.
Ideal candidates will have strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in track or coaching preferred. Duties include supervising athletes, coordinating equipment and uniforms, and upholding academic and conduct policies during practices and events.

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Indoor Track Assistant Coach to support our athletes and coaching staff. Responsibilities include assisting with training sessions, meet preparation, and athlete development. Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills are essential. Experience in track and field or coaching is preferred.
