Job summary

Watertown Middle School in Watertown, MA seeks an Indoor Track Coach for the 26-27 season. The role is a stipend position reporting to the Athletic Director within the Athletics department, at Watertown Middle School.

The coach will oversee the program, coordinate coaching staff, promote fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Responsibilities include planning, skill development, bus coverage, video and game analytics, attending meetings, outreach to youth groups, and coordinating awards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the sport is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A commitment to the academic and athletic development of student-athletes.
• Ability to react to change productively and manage multiple responsibilities.
• CPR certification is preferred.
