Pulaski County Schools is seeking an Assistant Indoor Track Coach at Pulaski County High School to support program development and athlete growth.

The position requires prior indoor track experience, the ability to motivate students, strong leadership and communication skills, and adherence to VHSL coaching requirements; background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Indoor Track coaching or competitive experience required; head coaching preferred.
• Must meet VHSL coaching requirements (which may include CPR/First Aid, Concussion Training, and Coaches Education Courses).
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire student‑athletes.
• Knowledge of Indoor Track rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Must pass background checks required by the school division.
