Community Access in Bronx, NY seeks an IMT Assistant Program Director to lead administrative tasks and provide direct services. The role supports the IMT Program Director, supervises clinical staff, and ensures timely assessments, service plans, and progress notes.

The candidate will work with a multidisciplinary mobile team and engage participants to achieve housing and health goals. Requirements include NYS licensure (LCSW or LMHC), 3+ years of clinical experience with adults, and 1+ year

• Understanding and commitment to Community Access mission
• Person-centered treatment and participants’ rights
• Licensed in NYS as LCSW or LMHC
• Minimum three years direct clinical experience with adults in behavioral health
• Minimum one year supervisory or management experience preferred
• Knowledge of mobile multi-disciplinary team experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends
• Computer proficiency including Excel

• Provide supervision for assigned staff and document supervision notes in the official record
• Forward staff recruitment needs to HR within 2 business days of vacancy; screen applicants within three business days
• Ensure that assessments and service plans are completed on time
• Ensure completion of progress notes for all contacts and engagement attempts within 2 business days
• Support IMT Program Director in daily operations and clinical staff support
