Job summary

VNS Health seeks a senior supervisor for its Intensive Mobile Treatment (IMT) program in New York City. The role leads a multidisciplinary team, oversees clinical and administrative operations, and coordinates care for adults with serious mental illness.

You will oversee staff performance, ensure compliance with policies, manage data and reports for funders, and participate in ongoing program development and on-call coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of supervisory and administrative experience in program management.
• Experience with budget management and community relations.
• License in NY state (NYS driver’s license may be required) and NPI process to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to staff and oversee triage, case assignments, and referrals.
• Monitor program budget and ensure productive operations against standards.
• Develop and update policies, procedures, and reporting for funders and regulators.
