Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of modern housing construction practices and codes.
• Experience with code enforcement in residential housing.
• Ability to interpret and apply International Property Maintenance Code and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily functions of the Property Maintenance Division.
• Coordinate with city departments to resolve housing and code issues.
• Conduct inspections and enforce Rental Occupancy Program requirements.
• Prepare violation notices and corrective actions; maintain records.
• Testify in court as required and manage inspection schedules.
