AIRE Ancient Baths is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager for our Chicago location. You will lead the housekeeping team, ensure exceptional cleanliness, and uphold service standards for guests and staff alike.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on operational excellence, staff development, and delivering a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced luxury setting. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of team management or supervisory experience, preferably within Housekeeping.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related operational role.
• Experience within hospitality, wellness, luxury service, or another customer-focused environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and laundry operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure spaces meet AIRE service standards.
• Oversee guest comfort and wellbeing in locker areas, ensuring cleanliness and stock levels.
• Manage team scheduling, breaks, and coverage during peak periods.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Assist with timecard approvals and payroll processing.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper use of cleaning products and supplies.
