AIRE Ancient Baths Chicago is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain our luxury bath environment in River West. You will ensure immaculate cleanliness, greet guests at the start of their experience, and help prepare the locker room for the next guests.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, professionalism, and teamwork. We offer pay at $19/hour plus tips, health insurance, sick days, a 401K savings plan, commuter benefits, and employee bath experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the hospitality, spa, or gym industry preferred.
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure wellbeing and cleanliness of clients in the changing room area, providing necessary products and maintaining a pristine environment.
• Address client queries and assist to enhance their overall experience.
• Uphold grooming and dress standards per the company policy.
• Clean and sanitize locker rooms, showers, and related areas; replenish toiletries and towels.
• Empty trash, replace liners, and keep waste areas odor-free and sanitary.
• Sweep and mop floors; keep areas dry and safe for guests.
