Job summary

The Colony Hotel, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks an experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms meet high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise attendants, conduct inspections, train staff, manage schedules, and participate in Manager on Duty coverage, requiring flexibility and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams in a hotel setting.
• Strong customer service focus and standards adherence.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
• Inspecting guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Training and developing associates; managing scheduling and assignments; acting as department leader as needed.
• Collaborating with Front Desk, Maintenance and other departments to ensure guest readiness and smooth operations.
