Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree; or 2-year degree with relevant experience.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with staff and guests in a friendly, courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Attend hotel required meetings and trainings.
• Participate in MOD coverage as required.
• Maintain attendance in line with Highgate Hotel Standards and scheduling needs.
• Ensure high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and assist in solving problems.
