Valencia Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Housekeeping to assist the Director in overall Housekeeping operations at Hotel Valencia Riverwalk in San Antonio, TX. The role leads room attendants, supervisors, and allied staff to maintain exceptional cleanliness and service.

The position requires a High School diploma with prior managerial housekeeping experience. Strong leadership, communication, and cost-control skills are essential for delivering the Valencia standard of guest

Competenze

High School diploma required.
Previous managerial housekeeping experience preferred; boutique hotel experience is a plus.
Strong leadership, supervision, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Mansioni

Assist the Director of Housekeeping in managing daily operations and ensuring cleanliness standards.
Direct supervision of room attendants, lobby attendants, housemen, and supervisors.
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and budget adherence within the Housekeeping Department.
Ensure effective communication with Engineering and other departments; oversee safety and cost controls.
Oversee training, tasks assignment, and performance coaching for housekeeping staff.
