Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED with 2 years' experience with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Knowledge of person-centered plans, CPR, first aid, safety and nutrition.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Engage with consumers and DSPs to implement activities under the person-centered plan.
• Perform routine DSP and home operations tasks including meal prep, hygiene, medication administration, and transport to appointments.
• Complete and file required documentation accurately and timely.
• Attend mandatory trainings and coaching sessions.
• Provide scheduling support and supervise DSP staff as needed.
