Job summary

Listening Ear is seeking an Assistant Home Manager to bridge duties between the Home Manager and Direct Service Professionals. You will perform direct care tasks including meals, personal care, medications, and transports, while also handling scheduling, coverage, and DSP coaching.

When needed, you may serve in the Home Manager’s capacity to maintain operations and compliance. Preference is given to applicants with a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience working with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years experience with individuals who are developmentally disabled.
• Preferred: 60 college credits or related certification, in addition to experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care: meals, personal care, Hygiene, medications, transportation.
• Assist with or perform scheduling, coverage, and coaching DSP staff.
• Represent Home Manager when needed and ensure compliance with laws and Listening Ear standards.
