Jaybird Senior Living seeks an Assistant Healthcare Coordinator (RN or LPN) to support the Healthcare Coordinator in delivering quality nursing and personal care. Flexible hours and schedule offered.

You will supervise care activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and train caregivers while maintaining compassionate resident interactions. Minnesota-based role with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing with the state.
• 6 months of caregiving or nursing experience, preferably with seniors.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medication administration.
• Professionalism and empathy when working with residents and families.
• Ability to remain calm in emotionally charged situations.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills. Computer proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely.
• Monitor PCC dashboard for compliance and documentation.
• Assist with reviews, assessments, and incident reporting.
• Provide guidance to caregivers in line with state regulations.
• Collect lab samples and follow up with residents, families, and physicians on results.
• Take and record vital signs and observe changes in condition.
• Assemble and use medical equipment per regulations.
• Support resident assistants in providing personal care.
• Partner with the Healthcare Coordinator to monitor EMAR documentation and care compliance.
• Participate in in-service programs for continued learning and professional growth.
• Interact with residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and respect.
• Uphold HIPAA and state/federal healthcare regulations.
