Sr. Manager, Hardware & Trim RTW

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Manage the complete trim development and sampling workflow from initial conception through pre-production. Issue trim purchase orders for sampling and finished-goods production, track shipments meticulously, follow up on delivery updates, and maintain real-time visibility into development status and timelines
  • Coordinate trim sourcing and vendor management across all channels—local Midtown procurement for zippers, buttons, and metal trims; overseas suppliers for specialty components. Send color standards and technical references to suppliers, follow up for completed technical data sheets (TDS), confirm pricing guarantees, and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Maintain precise, comprehensive records of all trim developments from initial adoption through pre-production approval. Implement and maintain organized inventory systems that make it easy for Design and PD teams to access, review, and select trims efficiently
